Bill Schauman has litigated personal injury, employment law, and business cases for over 23 years. We urge the parties to exchange mediation briefs as far in advance of the mediation as possible. With that said, we request that the parties submit their mediation briefs one week prior to the mediation.
We request that the parties try to limit their mediation briefs to 10 pages in length (not including exhibits).
Although not required, we also highly encourage the parties to exchange their mediation briefs with each other
